How long of a chain can I make for all the things on the list?

The calorie restriction isn’t as big as yesterdays but still a respectable 400ish calories. I’m finding is a bit of a struggle to stick to only 2 scenes a day. But I figure that making myself wait makes the level of excitement go up. Shorter typing and longer inking today but I did do both. 30 minute walk first thing this morning. I did just a steady pace this morning. I had been using Podrunner Intervals version of C25k. I’m going to go back to the intervals. Granted my version is 2.5 and 3.5 because I’m so out of shape but it is a start and the interval gives me a morebetterer workout.
