I see that it’s been another extended time since I last posted.
A family member had a major medical incident over the summer that is ongoing. It is taking time to readjust to the new status quo.
Not a failure on my part just a delay in moving forward.
So on with the information.
I won NaNo (yay me).
I have lost 9.6 pounds since starting the portion watching and no road food rules again.
I have been walking 30 minutes most mornings.
I am still writing daily.
I need to set my goals more firmly again. Instead of just having the yeah I work on that when I have free time mentality.
If I want to do this stuff I have to do it not talk about it!
