Well the combination of the two seems to be doing me a bit of good in the do the things front. At least thus far. Time will tell but it appeals to the spreasheet maker in me for some reason. If it works then great if not then on to fine the thing that will.

30 min walk

255 words of new fiction

10 minutes meditation

500+ calorie restriction
