Hello Saddle Brook NJ!


Well that sure was a tiring drive. Over 4 hours with the construction and all. Hopefully I can find a gym I can use on Wednesday for my workout. Either that or it will be a metric butt tonne of bodyweight in the hotel room.

60 minutes exercise

15 minutes of meditation

20 minutes working on writing

84 calorie restriction. Yay me a restriction with take out. Go will power and common sense.
