Willpower to the rescue!


Mostly normal start time this morning. There was the weekly CCOD (conference call of DOOM) first thing then off I went.

30 minutes of exercise w/language program

244 second morning meditation

350 calorie restriction.

213 words on WIP

489 second evening meditation

30 min inking with a brush

Refusing homemade bread still steaming from the oven with the butter melted right in was my big win for the day (not enough calories left).
